Yeah, I do. I just downloaded it and it came as a .zip file instead of a .logonxp file. So he snagged it, opened it and just had the files that comprise the logon. Didn't rename it, just got pissed. FYI, I don't think this is a case of SP2 striking, as other logons are coming as .logonxp for me.

I think he means that he got a .zip instead of a .logonxp. He extracted that and saw all the files that makes the logon, and don't know what to do with them. Tell him it's XP SP2 that does that, and he needs to rename the .zip to .logonxp and of course have LogonStudio installed

Then everything should be fine.

Hes confused you Hot Shot! Sounds like he is too lazy to assemble a desktop for himself and expects you to assemble it for him.

BlueDev, I created this in logonstudio and submitted in a zip. I was told that it was not necessary to do anything other than that.

Thanks SNK. If I submit it as a .logonxp is it easier on the downloader?

Oh, no worries over here, I am quite aware how to deal with either format. I was just mentioning that for a lazy or ignorant (I don't mean ignorant in a negative way, just an honest way) person the .zip would confuse. Whereas a .logonxp will automatically launch Logon Studio and load the file, he would have to load the .zip manually (or change the extension and double click). I don't care either way, just mentioning it.

ok thanks. If it's easier for the downloader to open it as a .logonxp, that's how I'll send them in.

Thanks!!
