Ice cream.

Middle of winter, but I'm still jonesin for ice cream. There's nothing like 5 scoops of classic vanilla with a half bottle of steaming hot fudge on it.

So with spring right around the corner, what are your favorite flavors or preparations of this treat that could unite the world if given a chance.

a local shop's homemade strawberry chocolate chip.... [Baskin Robbins butter pecan runs a very close second]

Well here is one of my favs which will surprise some people, but don't knock it until you try it. The asian culture is huge on Red Bean Ice Cream.

It's really goooood.

I just went to the store and got:

1/2 gallon Edy's vanilla
1 pt Haagen Dazs Cookies and Crean
1 pt Haagen Dazs Creme Brule
1 jar Smuckers Hot Fudge.

heh heh. Funny you said that. After I posted this I ate 5 scoops with hot fudge and fell asleep almost immediately. You wouldn't know it from this thread, but I'm 6' and 180 lbs.

Tillamook is a city in here in Oregon known the world over for it's award winning Tillamook Cheese.

...so how can I get some of this Tillamooken Ice cream (or cheese)? Is it sold in the rest of the country?

I'm not sure if Tillamook ice cream is sold all thoughout the U.S. but look in your local grocer's frozen section for it. As far as the cheese it is sold internationally so look in you local grocer's cheese isle!!
