If you don't want the Dock to show the running tasks; right-click on an empty spot on the dock > dock settings > dock contents > and untick "show running tasks on the dock".
If you want to remove the OD icon in the systray. Sorry, I believe that is not possible
2) Weather code for Oslo/Norway is: NOXX0029
To look up other weather codes go to http://www.weather.com and enter the name of a larger city where it says "enter city or US code". \Then pick the right city from the list and click on this link. You will then get to the weather page of your city. If you look at the web-address of this page (towards the end of the address) you will find your city code. Try this with Oslo first to find the above code.
