WinCustomize Browser and Stardock Central:redundancy?
Friday, February 11, 2005 by RN2004 | Discussion: WinCustomize Talk
I don't mean to be a dunce but is there a reason to have both of these ( wincustomize browser and Stardock central )? They seem to have a lot in common in terms of function.
May be I am missing something obvious? I'm trying to unclutter my desktop.
Thanks in advance

Well thank you! I thought I was seeing double there for a minute.I guess if SDC is good enough for you then I'll use it too!

Stardock Central is the "flagship" app that you can download and get updates for all of SD's programs. It may seem redundant because SDC can also access the same skins and even more message boards than the WCSB can access.
I prefer to use SDC since it can update, but if you're looking for a more streamlined and slimmer browser, then WCSB is the way to go.
