File Dialog Boxes messed Up

hi,
I recently installed ObjectDock Plus suite, and after installing my File Dialog Boxes have all been messed up (see screenshot), I have even tried uninstalling but this doesn't work, now all I want to do is get the Dialog Boxes reset to how they were before I installed ObjectDock Plus, does anyone know what is causing this and how to resolve it.

It was the Enhanced Dialogs causing the problem, thanks for the help, I didn't realise that I had installed this.
