Better feature integration between tabbed and normal docks

I love ObjectDock and it has been in use on my laptop since I installed it. Great stuff. But there are a few things missing (or maybe I'm missing stuff that's in there):
1. Translucency control for Tabbed docks.
2. Mixing shortcuts, docklets and tasks in the same tab of a tabbed dock.
3. Option for autoexpanding and contracting tabbed docks, just like normal docks. That is, when icons are added or removed, the dock should change size to accomodate.
4. An option to do the following: If a shortcut is added to a normal dock (or a tabbed dock with the feature under 2. above), and that program is run, the icon should not appear in the "running tasks" part of the same dock. The "running" indicator should light up and nothing else.
As it is now, I don't run a tabbed dock because I don't think it gives me the functionality I want. Especially the translucenty and the expansion/contraction.
