Seems you need to login to access the download....so if it links to your upload here then it's not so much of an issue as you control it here...but if it's hosted there then it's an issue...or, if related site content is disparaging or defamatory [eg. porn, warez and such] then you may not 'want' to have your work associated and accessible there, hosted or not....

If they had asked I would have said ok. Stumbling around and clicking blindly I found an email addy for the site owner. Maybe it will make it through to someone. *fingers crossed* However it appears that there are other sites doing the same thing. I don't think I have the energy (or language skills) to fight this battle. lol

Yes,...looks like it's being hosted/distributed there...and therefore a copyright issue.
Without a translator it'll be difficult to follow a course of action to resolve it...
