Farid Nafar has an vision for the New WinCustomize and wrote about it in an article.
Also, on his WinCustomize user page, you can see the latest skins made by him and I have to say they look pretty nice. I really like the CursorXP skin HFN Asteria.Take a look at some of the recent uploads:

Farid has made comments on other peoples work and a couple of message board/article posts as well. As I have said earlier, interactivity helps the site grow, and helping others definaitly helps when its time for you to need help yourself.
I have noticed that there are not allot of people watching Farid, maybe some more people should get on that
