What are you using for a browser? Try a different one.
What kind of a connection do you have? Is it just timing out?

I think I heard T-man saying something about ZoneAlarm blocking our servers or something firewall related. If you are running a firewall, you may want to allow "wincustomize.com" & "stardock.com" through, as our images are stored over serveral domains on this site. Perhaps this is the problem.

Crazy.8 - Do you have any firewall software running or other 3rd party software?

I have a firewall and a pop up stopper

If the firewall is software-based, that's probably what's causing the problem. If you allow "wincustomize.com" & "stardock.com" through your firewall, that should fix things. I suppose the pop-up stopper may be at fault too, though it depends on what it blocks. I've used some that were extremely aggressive and blocked images that weren't ads at all (on my old site even).

Ill check out the firewall but my popo up blocker only blocks pop ups not images.

I can go to any skinning website & see the thumbnails just fine.........Except here. Back before the major overhaul of this site, I could see them then, but after that, all I see is a small white square.

I have came back to this site once a year to see if you have fixed the problem, but you have not. Other skinning sites will benefit from my abilities as well as my wallet. When you get this fixed, shoot me an e-mail. This is the last year I'm coming here to see if this is fixed.

I think I'm safe in saying that I'm not the only one who comes here & get's pissed off because I can't see the thumbnails!

I think you'll find it's Zone Alarm causing your problem, not the site....

I have the same problem, I use ZoneAlarm for a fire wall. When I closed the fire wall it didn't fix it and I don't think I can set settings for specific sites.... It has me stumped.

btw I use FireFox for a browser.

ZA config/Privacy/Site List:

www.wincustomize.com
images.stardockcentral.net
images.stardock.com

Enable all, except 3rd party cookies and Private header.

In Options/Ad Blocking, allow all in each site entry.

As a side note: When you disabled ZA, the Windows firewall enabled itself.

Are you sure that's the problem? I use ZoneAlarm & I.E. with no problem. I didn't add WinCustomize to anything.

You must have a different version or the full version because I don't have all of those options.
