Need help, older user needs Boot help

I use to come to this site a lot, but recently had a problem with my whole operating system and I had to restart everything all over again...
Now I re downloaded Bootskin again and I can't get any bootskin files from this site...all I get is a zipped folder that askes for a password..I use the password I got from this site but when it extracts the files...all I get is the load up stuff..I don't get my old familiar bootskin file with the green arrow pointing up
I need to get my Scarface Gangster edition boot screen back..Please help...
Does this site now require that you pay for bootscreens?
