Personal Site not working

i created a personal site........it's not working, i can get there but can't do anything else......
while creating i didn't change the name for the site that was automaticly filled in......so it's
-ozzy-.wincustomize.........is this the problem, should it just be ozzy.wincustomize.......???
well.....if anyone could fix the problem (whatever it is)......that would be
