Problem about minimized windows by screenshot

By use option 'Represent minimized windows by their screenshots' , When click at icon of the same program
(many windows such as ie) , I want screenshot remain on
dock. so I can see differnt between window.
But when activate any minimized screenshot icon, it's screenshot will disappear. Have anything recommend?
