Shifting problem

Sorry about these postings, I don't know if they're actually reaching anyone. I have three out there now and I said, "Screw it." Okay, if you've read this, I'm sorry. I you haven't, here you go. (I'm posting in all the wrong places at all the wrong times. Or maybe I'm just not patient enough...)
I just made a bootscreen for Bootskin. It's 640 x 480 x 16. The INI file seems to be correct and the bootscreen itself I made using a submitted one that worked as a template. I'm tempted to submit it, but I want it to work properly first (obvious enough). What happens is that when it boots up, the screen itself is shifted to the left aways. Any idea as to what causes this? I've done some forum scowering to no avail. I'll keep looking. If this has been answered somewhere would you mind just linking it? I've seen other posts from people who have the same problem but I never saw any answers or solutions. Any help would be awesome. Like I said, I'm 99.9% postive taht the resolution and colors are fine. I did it using the photoshop tutorial (I know some of you don't really like it, but I had it and It worked better than ms paint for me
