Do you feel this is a SkinFactory Rip-Off

I posted a Rainy, Which I saw an IDEA, and recreated it with my own graphics, But now i am getting that the rainy is being considered as a SkinFactory Rip-Off!
after hearing this bull, and also thinking that if Wincustomize thought this too, I don't think they would of posted it. Trust me, enough of my work has been turned down to know.
So if anyone feels that this work is a RipOff, provide your comments here, if enough of you think so, I will remove it myself..... Thanks

In respect to TSF, you did the right thing by removing it. Being accepted at WC doesn't really mean anything. Are the mods supposed to have in depth knowledge of every upload? I would think not.
You were inspired by someone elses work. Definately no harm there. I guess you just have to decide if you want to step on the original authors toes or not. Emulation is a compliment.

well i wasn't intending on stepping on anyones toes, or tried to offend anyone just put something together, sorry if i offended anyone, it has been removed, i guess until they get around to it it will be removed from the library too....
