Help needed installin themes from cursor xp and others

i have downloaded themes and skins for various progs. like cursorxp,object bar,and window blinds.....but i cant install them... is the a specific folder i have to download these files to???if not what am i doing wrong???????Ne help would be awsome...

At the top of the page that you downloaded each type of skin there is an app. that you need to install to use them.
