i just download a file called,X-Steel[BLUE].CurXPTheme,
how can i run it , or open it, how can i extract the cursor ,
plz guide briefly,
i be very thankful

specially thanks for ,island ,
and one thing other,
if i download skins boot skins or things like these,
first i should download a program related to it , or cursor xp is
for every program.
plz guide me at this line.

You can then place your .curxptheme in the themes folder, or just double-click it.
You should be all set then.
