Resising

Is it possible to resize larger size logons down to 800 by 600 ( I know nobody uses 800 by 600 anymore but until I can get a larger monitor Iam stuck with it. I have download some outstanding logons but they don't, of course, sit right in 800 by 600.
Does anyone have any suggestions

I don't remember logons being monitor size specific. I've made a few and used to use 800X600 and mine still work fine in other sizes now.
