in window pictures

can anyone help me?? i want to put a picture in the background of my windows when i open them, the only simalar thing i have seen is boxxis skin based on the ati scheme.heres the link (http://www2.wincustomize.com/Preview.aspx?Source=http://skins3.wincustomize.com/BoXXi/wb/4776.jpg in the one window he has a wonams face in the back of the icons, is it possible to have them in the background of any folder you open? say opening my computer and having them behind the icons you see? i hope you get my meaning.
i have selected to have pictures in the background in wb but they only show on the sidebars.. any help would be greaat!!!
