No there isnt, and you make them by editing an existing one and asking permission to use the artists code.

I thought there was a template in logon studio to create a new one with the code alreay there, Cerebreo. There is on mine.

when i open other logons that are like that it gose all pike and weird it says that it was from a older verson of logon studo

You can't edit that logon in LogonStudio. These types of logons were created manually outside the LS editor.
Copy the logon folder, rename it and replace the images. Edited the Theme.ini file manually to change author name, and such. You may need to do some manual editing to the UIFILE.txt also (not sure).... You'll have to make the preview manually also.
