Graphic Programs

Hi you guys. I use MS Paint and MS Photo Editor to make my cursors, and i was wondering what good programs do you use w/ your cursors? Please reply so I may choose one and join the ranks of pro-skinners thank you!

I use Paint Shop Pro 8. You can get it for a great price and it does a great job.

When making cursors, icons and small graphics, this is very good.

Older PSP vers are still capable proggies...and freeware....
