Just wonder to know how to install "separate" Progress Anims and/or Toolbar Icons ?

supposedly, you just download them, double click on them and they install.

Yep , but they install in the same directory as the complete skins and preview are not avaible in the "WindowBlinds Advanced Configuration panel at the "my animations" level (just the name of package mut no preview avaible ...)

Hi Philippe. I know you've been around awhile, but I'm going to write this for the masses.
The upload process changes some things with Animations and toolbars. I have seen this with my submissions as well as those by others. Make sure the names and capitalization of things match.
There is a .ini file in the Animations' file. It will have a Skin Studio icon. If you don't have Skin Studio installed it will probably just be an .ini(Not sure). Right click this file and open it with notepad(or other text reader)
1. The name of the skins folder within the WindowBlinds directory must match the path in the .ini. In the example below the Animation is GANT2.
The folder in the WindowBlinds directory is named GANT2AVI's.
The path must be GANT2AVI's NOT Gant2AVI's, GANT2avis, or any other variation.
2. The Animation must match the path. In this case the 160.avi must be named 160. If the Animation is named xyz the path can't be named XYZ.
[Animations.Avis]
MoveFiles=GANT2AVI's\160.avi
Copy=GANT2AVI's\161.avi
DeleteToBin=GANT2AVI's\162.avi
EmptyBin=GANT2AVI's\163.avi
DeleteFinal=GANT2AVI's\164.avi
ChangeAttributes=GANT2AVI's\165.avi
IEDownload=GANT2AVI's\170.avi

This should fix most problems people have with Toolbars and Animations.
Applying them can also be tricky. The easiest way is through the WB Config. Either directly by clicking it in the WindowBlinds directory, or use Display Properties> Appearance> WindowBlinds.
From there click on My Toolbars or My Animations. There are a few options there. Make sure you click Apply changes. The weird thing is sometimes you have to change WindowBlinds Theme and then change
back to get them to work.
I hope this helps. If anyone has any questions just ask and i'll try to help.

Thanks for the tip DPG Animations are getting now a preview

Euh, as u took this example, and as the folder when installed was created as GANT2AVIS and not GANT2AVI's your tip works by renaming the path with

[Animations.Avis]
MoveFiles=GANT2AVIS\160.avi
Copy=GANT2AVIS\161.avi
DeleteToBin=GANT2AVIS\162.avi
EmptyBin=GANT2AVIS\163.avi
DeleteFinal=GANT2AVIS\164.avi
ChangeAttributes=GANT2AVIS\165.avi
IEDownload=GANT2AVIS\170.avi

But what i'd like to have, are two subfolders in Windowblinds directory called "Animations" and another called "Toolbar Icons" where the standalone animations and toolbar icons pack should be stored . Know what i mean ?

Glad that worked.
I tried creating
WindowBlinds\Standaloneanimations\GANT2AVIS and renamed the guts to:
[Animations.Avis]
MoveFiles=Standaloneanimations\GANT2AVIS\160.avi
Copy=Standaloneanimations\GANT2AVIS\161.avi
DeleteToBin=Standaloneanimations\GANT2AVIS\162.avi
EmptyBin=Standaloneanimations\GANT2AVIS\163.avi
DeleteFinal=Standaloneanimations\GANT2AVIS\164.avi
ChangeAttributes=Standaloneanimations\GANT2AVIS\165.avi
IEDownload=Standaloneanimations\GANT2AVIS\170.avi
But, it didn't work. I didn't take the time to fiddle with the idea. Let me know if you get the answer.

Just think that it would be a needing in WindowBlinds program code in fact for it to work
