Getting all of the theme to appear on desktop

Plezz somebody help this newbie her...
I have just loaded darkzone theme, and I dont know what to do know, it does not show all the bars and things that are ond the preview image, so I tried to change resolution, playing with my screen and so on..
What should I do so the theme i download and want to use shows everything that it is meant to?

Yes i know, and i even tried setting my resolution to 1280x1024.
My problem is that when i download a theme, not everythinh appears as it does on the previev, and it is not just yours.. so I dont know what to do to have everything appear.. fae it only shows about half of the darkzone theme, aand the rest IS there i gues, just not in my screen.. i cant see it even if i tamper with the resolutin. can u help?
