Help Please!

I am new to this stuff and I want to put like icons on the desktop while using a DesktopX skin but don't know how. I want to use shortcuts for like Mozilla Firefox,Winamp,Windows Media Player, etc. etc. Any help appreciated

You must get IconXP and open iconXP file with IconXP programm
