Favorites Icons

I was wondering if there was a program or something that would let you design or upload your own icon to put beside your website, in the favorites of IE?

Just make a 16x16 256 color icon and name it favicon.ico. Then put it in your web site's root directory.

The easiest thing to do is design the image in any graphics program, and then use IconDeveloper to convert it to an icon.
