I made an account and followed there instructions.. and when i try to download anything.. I get this ...why..?

Yea but I did not download that, I save the wallpapers i like to my Picture folder..

It was only when I click the download button.... i found my problem... ..It was my firewall stopping the 3rd party downloads... Yeap...
