Skin Artist/Designer needed for an application I am creating.

Hello.
Thank you for your interest in my thread. I am a programmer and I am searching for someone that could create a skin for my application. It is unfortunate that I have all this programming ability, but no 2D artistic talent (3D is another thing).
I am creating a chat client that will be 100% Beggar-Ware, you know...it is free with no restrictions, and you do not have to donate if you do not want to. Basically, I do not like the vanilla windows interface and I wish to gather some attention to my application.
I also wanted to know if there are any applications that make skinning an application..preferably free (a bit redundant-sounding, I know
) a little easier. I can do this myself via programming, but it is a tedious task. I will give those that are willing to help me full credit in my application's about box, and anywhere else deemed necessary.
I'm not very good at typing requests, and I hope you understand what I am asking for. Please feel free to ask me any questions you like.
