Problems with new themes

i'm new at this.... can anyone help me...
ok... it says in order to change the taskbar thing... you have to go to new themes and the thing where you can change it is supposed to pop up..... it doesn't pop up... it asks me if i want to save my current theme... if i do or dont it still asks me if i want to reset the current settings or not...... and then no matter what i click then it doesn't do anything... i'm so confused

If you are trying to hide explorer taskbar, You need to right click desktop click on (desktopx) then (configure desktopx) that will bring up desktopx settings on first page check (hide explorer taskbar )If that's not what you want You will have to explain what you want with more detail
