WindowBlinds not skinning all

I am using registered WindowBlinds 4.4 now. Before I was using and old version, but I completely uninstalled it and got this new version. Now whenever i apply a skin it skins everythign except for the wallpaper, and icons, they are still set to the old skin I had from old WindowBlinds.
Anyone have any idea's of whats wrong? Why isnt it skinning background and icons also? Plz need help.

You need to make sure the options "apply any wallpaper supplied" and "apply any icon packages supplied" are checked in WB config. Right click on the WB icon in your system tray and choose "Configure", then go to "basic setting". The wallpaper and icons will only apply if the skin author has included any in the skin. Hope that helps.
