IS IT MY ROUTER OR AM I JUST IN TROUBLE

my connection turns off very often yesterday i was getting booted every few minutes... i am of shaw high speed and i am also on a router but this problem never happened before ... is there anyway to stop this from happening or way to fix this problem ..... thank you

I think Jam might be right, there...though you haven't given quite enough detail about your system and its problem/s....
