Power, Reset, and Logoff Icons...

%windir%\system32\shutdown.exe
Then use a modifier switch at the end from one of these:
-r Restarts
-l Logoff
-s Shutdown
So an example of a shutdown icon command would be:
%windir%\system32\shutdown.exe -s
