Promotion is not a one-way street. Its direction reflects a person's conduct within the skinning community at large and Wincustomize.com in particular.
As far as I am aware your 'level' was Apprentice and is now Citizen.
This would reflect the direction you have taken by both ignoring advice with reference to Domain name choice, [a direct affront to your fellow skinners] and the removal of any/all works from the site.
So the litany reads....
Insult all skinners generally [remember 'too photoshoppish'?].
Insult 3 skinners specifically [adopting 'skindicate' as a name].
Apparently not purchasing any Stardock software to actually be skinning. [User Level 1].
Having no skin contributions to Wincustomize.com [all removed].
Use of obscene language on the Message Board [almost forgot that one].
