I don't think anyone is picking on UzEE here, at least that was not my intention. I would rather call it "leg pulling". 
Keep up your good work UzEE and do listen to the admins here (deleting your work will not advance a promotion).

Hmm, I seem to remember that when work is 'deleted' it is simply 'hidden' and not 'erased'...
Those ratings also stick with you, even if the associated work is 'gone.'
