How do I install desktop/start menu ICONS from a theme?

I'm new to this, and I guess this is a basic question... but I never get the desktop icons that I see in the previews that I download, and yet I see them in the folder, how can I install them?

Or, are you referring to the desktop icons from Object Dock? Those icons would be in the Object Dock Library. And, you would need the program, Object Dock.

How can i by DesktopX if i hafe no kreditcard? i like it cause of this i wold by it and try to make things of my own.Is their anybody out there...for help?
