Auto Loading desktop objects/widgets/sysmetrix/docks

I was wondering if anyone knows how to have objects, docks and all that kind of stuff load automatically at startup from my computer. Often I just leave my computer on to go into sleep mode, but sometimes I like to turn it off but then when I start it nothing is there and I have to run averything again. Is there a way?

for desktop x widgets you can right click on the object and select auto run. dunno about sysmatrix though. I am sure there is an option to start at start up in the configuration though.
