Problem with my persoonal Wincustomize page

For some reason on my own personal wincustomize page (blbeesley.wincustomize.com) I can't figure out how to recommend an article or a skin (on the recommendations page). Anyone know how? . . . I'm sure it's pretty simple and I just missed it so sorry if this is sheer stupidity.
