Annoying Glitch After Running DirectX Programs

For some reason, when I exit a full-screen DirectX program, my maximized windows grow slightly larger for some odd reason. I then have to un-maximize (The non-maximized state will be the same size) and then maximize to fix the glitch. This also happens with non-maximized windows as they move a bit aswell after running DrectX full-screen applications. This does not happen with the XP-bundled themes, so I know WindowBlinds is to blame. Here are my specs:
Intel Pentium 4 w/ 2.4 GhZ | 512 MB Ram
nVidia GeForce FX 5600 AGP w/ nVidia Display Driver v. 6.14.10.4403
WIndows XP Home Edition w/ SP2, DirectX v. 9.0c
I've tried several different skins. They all produce the same glitch. I also couldn't find any options in WindowBlinds that could fix this. Any ideas?

Thanks, I thought my nVidia drivers would be the problem. I'll install this and notify you on what happens.

Nope, the glitch is still there. The latest nVidia drivers didn't fix the problem. :/ I'm beginning to think this might have something to do with the size of maximized windows not calculating correctly when exiting full-screen or something. Any other suggestions?
