If there isn't another operating system, then for some reason you probably have two active(bootable) partitions. Maybe the disk management section in adminstrative tools will help. Or, maybe get Partition Magic and let it set the other partition to inactive.

Try this. Control Panel/System/Advanced/Start Up and Recovery, then take the check out of "Time to display list of Operating Systems"
