I can't get the windows taskbar to appear, I had it before. HELP!

I'm using this xptheme:
My problem is, I had the windows taskbar at the bottom, but set to hide. So it would appear at the bottom when I moves my cursor down there. I messed up the theme and had to reload it from where I'd saved. And I can't remember how I got the normal windows taskbar back at the bottom. Does anyone know how?

try this: go into the dx configuration screen and uncheck 'hide the taskbar'. That may be what's going on.
