What is the best easy paint program for beginners? I'm looking for paint program that I can afford. PSP is awesome. I want to start simple. Thanx.

PSP by all means.

Try an older version.....you'll be able to get PSP5 freely....simpler options and therefore easier to start on/with....

Yep, I refuse to use PSP8. I spend enough time with PSP. Learning all the new nuances since PSP7 is a pain.
