Help with Wisntyles...

I downloaded the Alien GUI suite package, and I have both Icon Packager, and WindowBlinds installed. I Right click the desktop, and click on Winstyles, then click on "Add/Remove..." then I click on "Apply". It starts to extract the files, and then this error message pops up:
"Run a DLL as an App has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvience."
(This message pops up for any .suite file I try to install.)
When I click on "For more information about this error, click here" This pops up:
Error Signature
AppName: rundll32.exe AppVer: 5.1.2600.0 ModName: Unknown
ModVer: 0.0.0.0 Offset: 0213f782
And then Winstyles just closes. I have tried to install it through the right click menu of the file (ALXMorph.suite) and I go through the same process as before, and get the same error message.
I even tried to install it by changing the file exenstion to .ZIP, and unzip it, and then make the WindowBlinds file into a .WBA file through Skinstudio, but that will not work for me.
Sorry if this has been posted before. I didn't go through all the forum threads.
I would greatly appreciate any and all help.
