Changing FM Weather from F to C

is there anyway of changing the FM Weather program from SS gouku from F to C?

great program by the say SS gouku....

Just double click the ??F.......and it will change to ??C

it seems to change bak to honolulu wen i set it to Melbourne....after a reboot....is there anyway to make it stay on the place i choose?
