Looking For a skin

i had a windowblinds skin and have lost it i dont remeber the name but it was very plain and the screenshot of it had a green background and around the taskbar startmenu ect. it was faded out a bit it was very small and i remeber the auther said that he was bored so he made the skin please help me find it i really liked it

Unfortunately, I think you're talking about Origin. The author of that skin was banned from this site, but I think you can find him on other sites if you look around.
