Question to Michael Brandt (or those who know): skins features not working

I could not get a response directly by posting in each skin section, so I'm trying the forums.
Your (his) skins are excellent, but the ones that proport to have roll-up features do not work for me. Is anyone else having this problem? Why is this feature not working for me?
Oh, and also I cannot figure out a way to correct the PC user name (it's off-center down, to the right).
Any help on these issues would be appreciated, as these are some high-quality skins I like to use regularly.
Oh, and I'm running WB 4.3 and have no problems with any other skins, just so you know.

Rollup always works for me....which specific skin gives you the problem?
