hey all newbie needs kid directionsapplying a theme

first off thanks to all that help. i downloaded moonshadow II suite, now i have a winstyles file but i dont know how to install the theme with that file. need a little help. please respond with kid directions....sorry but pretty new with this program thanks again for the help.

Thanks AUFISCH Helped a little. i think i need to read a little more about this program before i start downloading. any ideas where i can find a "Object Desktop For Dummies Guide"?
