mouse over effect, desktop icons

I just updated object dock and now am missing a function on my themes.
the desktop icons were large and got larger when the mouse went over them. Now I just have the standard sized windows icons.
what do I need to do to get/install/turn on this effect

Open SDC and you'll see IconX in the list.. update it and it will be included when you open DTX the next time...

at least thats what I use.
