Start Menu is Skewed

For some reason all the new skin I have downloaded hve a skewed start menu where the top images don't line up and the "All Programs" button doesn't line up either. (Older skins line up fine tho)
I'm using WinXP Pro and WB 4.0 enhanced.
I've fiddled around with the Start Menu settings to no avail.
Any ideas anyone?

Heres a screenshot of the "Vector Cell" skin.
My XP version is English but WindowBlinds is 4.0 so I do need to upgrade, i'll do that now.

Are you using XP english version or another language?
Have you updated wb lately? Its at version 4.4 now.
The all programs button should be an easy fix by adjusting the content margins.
Can you post a screenshot to help people see exactly what the problem is?
