wincustomize subscription question

Hello, I have but one question for how this works. I got the browser now it asks for renewal of subscription, forgive me if I'm wrong but wasn't paying for the browser renewing my subscription? Or do I need to purchase both the browser and subscription which would make it a total of 39.90 for two years. Is this correct ? Just some questions that I could not find in the faq's.

Like to give my thanks to fuzzy logic and t-man for your help. You should be receiving another email due to the wincustomize browser still asking for a renewal.

T-Man thank you the browser is working great. Now I feel so obligated, how about an autographed t-shirt of the awesome skinners on this website. That be pretty cool.
