how to skin this?

is there a way to skin the two tiny arrow (look like this >>) wich appear when the icon on the quick launch are hidden ?

well i was converting a skinf for style xp (msstyle) and i have the images for that one so obviousle it supports it...
i don't remeber seeing it in wb though
