The meaning of ShellStyles support?

Does anyone know what it means if a WindowBlinds skin has ShellStyles Support?

also the custom images that you see in the control panel, my pictures, my music, etc.

Hmmm, I disabled Windows Style service in Services Control Panel. Do you think this can be cause for that the folder panels are not skinned? I disabled it, because i thought, when having WindowBlinds, I don't need it.
To the WB-Developers: What do you think of inserting this function directly into WB? >

I can't find this service in the list. But if you do indeed have that listed in Services, why not enable it, and see if that fixes the problem?

I always disable the Themes service........ that doesn't kill the ShellStyles.

Sorry, I'm from germany, so not having English Windows and try to translate that name.
If I disable it, the Folder Left panels are not skinned anymore. >
But I won't reactivate it, because it slows down the computer much more than window blinds.
I say it again: Where nice, if WindowsBlinds would support it directly.

Bachsau: the Theme service has nothing to do with WIndowbinds. You can disable it and everything will still work, including the shellstyles. A lot of people disable it without any problem. Your problem is somewhere else.

Only the buttons for open and closing the panels in the left panel, are skinned, but not the rest of the left pane.

What skin are you talking about? Maybe it just doesnt have the shellstyles skinned.

It doesn't matter.
Every skin with shellstyle support or without I install, the folderpanes are never skinned.....
Well, i'm using Windows 2003, maybe it's caused of that?

No, I bought the advanced version.
Windows 2003 came after XP and is an operation system for servers, but I have reconfigured it to be a workstation.
Very stable system, no crashes, and incredibly fast.

By folder panes, do you mean the left side of the window that says,"System Tasks", "File and Folder Tasks" etc...?
