Can anyone give me a skinning tutorial? I really need to up my user level.

Before you an hope to get your user level raised based on your future skins, you got to expect to spend at least 500 to 1000 hours of hard work making those skins. On the other hand a subscription is only 20$. How much an hour is your time worth? Maybe you should listen to WOM.

Why would one need to "up his level"? Any hidden benifits everyone neglected to inform me about?

With all the new stuff in the new version of Wincustomize coming out, I can't help but echo the recommendation to become a subscriber. Different, dedicated servers means we don't get hit with those "The Library is down for maintenance" pages.

Subscribers don't seem to use the same server as citizens or non-subscribers. Therefore, their server doesn't get overloaded or crashed by geeks.
